Greenline Announces Appointment of Jean-Cedric Jollant to Drive European Sales

Chicago, Paris: 22 April 2008

Greenline Financial Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of electronic trading marketplace solutions, announced it has appointed Jean-Cedric Jollant as the leader of European sales. In this role, Mr. Jollant will be based in Paris and promote Greenline’s industry-leading FIX software and service offerings in Europe.

Mr. Jollant brings over 15 years of financial technology development and sales experience to Greenline. Prior to Greenline, Mr. Jollant was founder and chief executive officer of Smart ETrading Solutions (S-ETS), a software solutions provider for qualitative e-trading flow analysis products.

Prior to S-ETS, Mr. Jollant was CEO of Ullink Inc. US, a Paris-based software provider, where he grew a nascent New York office into a standalone business servicing global customers, including mostly large sell-side institutions. Before Ullink, Mr. Jollant was vice president, e-trading manager at JPMorgan Chase. There, he led a team of developers, project managers and client service personnel to deliver real-time trading environments to JPMorgan traders worldwide.

Mr. Jollant began his career at GL Trade, a global software provider, where over eight years his role grew to Product Manager and Lead Developer for the company’s front-end trading system.
