Greenline Financial Technologies Releases Latest MagniFIX Enterprise Trade Monitoring System

Leading electronic trading solutions provider, Greenline Financial Technologies Inc., announced today the release of the latest version of its high performance trade message tracking and monitoring suite, MagniFIX 3.5. MagniFIX enables proactive and historical monitoring of FIX and proprietary message flow for simplified management of electronic trading environments.

MagniFIX enables FIX Protocol savvy and non-FIX experts to easily view operational and business level trade data in a way that fits their specific needs. As a result, organizations are able to reduce response times for FIX messaging issues while benefiting from quick retrieval of information for reports and customer service requests. MagniFIX also provides advanced alert management capabilities, allowing firms to proactively address connectivity and message problems before they occur, or to allow account managers to be notified based on trading patterns of their customers.

MagniFIX has been enhanced with many new features in its latest release. While always having a robust searching mechanism, MagniFIX now includes advanced queries and views such as Open Order View, Unacknowledged Messages, and Quote Trace. MagniFIX 3.5 introduces workflow management that allows users to accept and reassign customer issues to one another and manage alerts in a streamlined fashion, with capabilities to tie into an overarching monitoring system.

This release of MagniFIX expands the capabilities of the product by allowing large horizontal scalability to accommodate streaming message volumes or many client connections, but still centralize monitoring and searching into one simple view. Administrators can centrally manage all MagniFIX components from one console, while propagating security, protocol, and look and feel changes out to MagniFIX clients automatically.

MagniFIX provides multiple adapters into client message streams to accommodate mixed environments and normalized FIX flow. This release adds a Database Agent that allows access to real-time messages or a historical store for viewing and alerting in MagniFIX. Other adapters include Log File Agents and Middleware / Network Agents. MagniFIX can also easily accommodate multiple FIX environments into one simple view, whether they are commercial engines or proprietary engines.
